Volunteers for GA 2026 Sports Camp

Volunteers are needed and welcomed! THANK YOU for volunteering!

Grace Athletics Sports Camp is Tuesday, July 14 - Friday, July 17 from 9:00am - 12:30pm with our volunteers arriving early and staying late. The camp is designed to introduce kids to multiple sports, learn about teamwork and sportsmanship and develop a love for playing the game! Registration for volunteers is open for boys and girls who have completed 6th grade and up.

While we would love for you to work each day, we understand you may have other commitments. Please select "ALL WEEK" if you can volunteer Tuesday-Friday OR please select the specific days you can volunteer.

By completing this registration form, I, the parent or guardian, do hereby grant permission for my child to participate in sports and related activities with Grace Evangelical Church (GEC). I understand that due to the physical contact associated with this activity, there is a possibility that my child may sustain physical injury while participating. In order that my son/daughter may receive any necessary medical treatment he/she may need, I hereby authorize the coach or other supervising adults to obtain it, and hereby hold GEC and its representatives harmless in the exercise of such authority. I further release GEC and its representatives from any claims for personal illness or injury that my child may sustain. I understand that as a participant and/or a spectator at these activities that I/my child may be included in videotapes or photographs taken during that time. Therefore, on behalf of myself and my minor, I grant the right to be photographed and/or videotaped in order to advertise and promote this league or future sporting events.
