VBS 2025 Volunteers

VBS is June 10th - 13th from 9am - 12pm

We're so excited about VBS this year! Thanks for joining us!

Our priority is classroom volunteers. We may need to move you if you sign up for a non-classroom job and we have a need. Preschool-aged children are welcome to attend with you. In your confirmation email, you'll receive a link to register them.

**You MUST attend our training session on Monday, June 9th at 11a**

**Hallway decorating team will serve primarily the week before VBS and Monday, June 9th.

**Registration team will be asked to fill in other places during the week. We will also ask you to be available the Thursday or Friday prior to VBS week for prep.

**Craft team will be asked to be available Thursday or Friday prior to VBS week for prep.

**Snacks will be served inside this year. Bible Memory will also be inside**

We will do our best to place you where you prefer. Registering early gives you a better chance of ending up where you'd like to be! Our priority is classroom volunteers, so we may need to move you to a classroom if we have a need and you're signed up for something else.

Preschool-aged children (babies, crawlers, walkers, 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5s not attending K in the fall) are invited to attend with you - a parent volunteer. In your confirmation email, you will receive a link to register them.

By registering as a volunteer for VBS at Grace Evan, you are consenting to us photographing and using pictures of you on our website, social media, and end of week video. Email camille@graceevan.org with questions.

Terms & Conditions

In consideration for being allowed to participate in activities sponsored by Grace Evan Church, I hereby release discharge, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Grace Evan Church, its Elders, Staff, or other agents for any and all liability for personal injury, loss, illness, damage or accident that I might encounter in association with their ministry including but not limited to mission trips sponsored or facilitated by Grace Evan Church.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grace Evan Church, its Elders, Staff, or other agents from any claim and/or damages it, or its agents are required to pay as a result of any injury or damage including reasonable attorney fees, litigation expenses and court fees.

I am volunteering to participate with Grace Evan Church freely and without undue influence. I further acknowledge and understand that my participation with Grace Evan Church, including traveling on a mission trip whether internationally and/or domestically, includes risks and possible dangers. I am well aware that my participation also exposes me to such risks as accidents, disease, war, terrorist attacks, political unrest, kidnapping, injury and other calamities. Further I agree to hold blameless Grace Evan Church, its Elders, Staff, or other agents for any delay, cancellation or irregularity in schedules or travel plans.

I assume any such risks that might result in my participation with Grace Evan Church, including travel on mission trips, and I unconditionally agree to hold Grace Evan Church, its Elders, Staff, or other agents blameless for any liability concerning my personal health and well-being, or any liability for my personal property that might be lost, damaged, or stolen, whether such property is traveling with me or remaining, while I am participating with Grace Evan Church, including, but not limited to, traveling domestically and/or internationally.

In case of medical emergency Grace Evan Church or its agents are authorized to take such measures and arrange for such medical and / or hospital treatment as deemed advisable for my health and well-being. I accept all financial responsibilities concerning any medical emergencies. I release Grace Evan Church, its Elders, Staff, or other agents from claim or liability due to sickness or injury.
